Jeff Higgins

I bring over five years of technical aptitude and experience in IT. I have a keen passion for computer networking and am constantly exploring and learning new technologies and solutions in the field. In addition to my strong technical skills, I have an excellent work ethic, communicate well in a team environment, has excellent customer service skills, enjoys solving client and team technical difficulties, and regularly solves problems others cannot with my thoughtful and creative approach.

 

I currently work as a Technical Specialist for Canadian Tire Corporation, providing technical support to retail stores supporting various store technologies and systems across multiple banners.

 

In addition I work at Canadian Tire Uxbridge as IT administrator managing all of the systems (over 40 PCs) and network - fixing any issues that arise. Over the course of the last many years, I successfully converted all of the IBM terminals to a PC based environment and completely overhauled the network and server backbone to increase organizational system productivity.

 

In my space time I also enjoy workin on my extensive home lab, I also do graphic design, UI design, Photography, Videography, programming, 3D animation and Rendering.
